How to Steep

1. Measure 1 heaping teaspoon of loose-leaf tea per 8 fl oz of water
2. Heat fresh water to 212°F (100°C)
3. Place tea in infuser and pour hot water over leaves
4. Steep for 4–6 minutes — do not over-steep to avoid bitterness
5. Remove infuser; add milk and sugar if desired
6. Good for 1–2 steeps — use fresh leaves often for best flavor
