You have 30 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return.

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
Items must be packed inside their original, undamaged packaging.
For safety reasons, health, beauty, and nutritional products cannot be returned once opened.

Zero Fees: We do not charge any return shipping fees or restocking fees. Your return label is 100% prepaid.
Where to Ship: When you submit a return, our system automatically generates a prepaid shipping label with the correct warehouse destination. Some items will go directly back to our independent partners. Please use the exact label provided.
Automated Refunds: Your refund is triggered automatically the moment the warehouse receives and restocks your item. Funds will be credited straight back to your original payment method.
