Brewing Instructions

• Amount: 1 heaping teaspoon of loose-leaf tea per 8 fl oz
• Water Temperature: 212°F (full boil)
• Steep Time: 4–6 minutes (do not over-steep to avoid bitterness)
• Re-steeps: 1–2 steeps per serving; use fresh leaves often for best flavor
• Serving: Enjoy hot or pour over ice for a refreshing iced tea
