How to Steep

1. Measure 1 heaping teaspoon of loose-leaf tea per 8 fl oz of water.
2. Place tea in an infuser or strainer.
3. Heat fresh, filtered water to 212°F (100°C) — a full rolling boil.
4. Pour water over the infuser and steep for 3–5 minutes. Do not over-steep to avoid bitterness.
5. Remove infuser and enjoy. Best consumed fresh; use new leaves for each brew.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture, and strong odors. Reseal pouch tightly after each use. Best consumed within 12 months of purchase.
