How to Use

1. Fill bathtub with warm water (not scalding — heat degrades essential oils).
2. Pouch: Pour entire contents under running water and swirl to dissolve. Tea bag: Steep bag in tub for 5 minutes before entering.
3. Soak for 20–30 minutes. Rinse lightly if desired.
